A zenés mesejáték szereplői az erdőben egy nagy fában, a "Vén De Jó"-ban laknak mindaddig, míg Lili, a légy alaposan fel nem forgatja életüket. Hogy valóban tud-e beszélni a Vén De Jó, az a mese végére kiderül és persze az is, hogy hol lesz a szereplőknek új lakóhelyük. Az öko mese egyszerre nevel a természet tiszteletére és szeretetére.
